If you're interested in learning about the roles of a steward at Hunter/Jumper sanctioned competitions and the process to obtain your Officials card, or if you're a current certified steward (AEF and EC) looking to maintain and update your officials status, the Clinic for Hunter and Jumper Stewards is the perfect opportunity for you! Clinician Susan Hawes will provide attendees with valuable information and updates on current AEF and EC rules, as well as proper protocols and standards of practice for stewards officiating at AEF and EC sanctioned competitions. Susan Hawes is a well-recognized figure in provincial, national, and international competitions, known for her fair, diligent, and educational stewardship. As an AEF Hunter/Jumper Official, EC Hunter and Jumper Senior Judge, EC Hunter and Jumper Senior Steward, and FEI Level III Jumper Steward, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that officials can benefit from.
The Clinic for Hunter and Jumper Stewards will take place at the prestigious Spruce Meadows showjumping venue, making it an event you won't want to miss.
