Any athlete that has been medically suspended is ineligible to be entered into a Wild Rose Competition.

Post-Competition Forms

Complete all the necessary post-competition forms. Forms can be completed/submitted online using the links below.

Post Competition Forms - Online Submission

This report must be returned to the AEF office within 10 days from the last day of competition.

Only required when a Steward, Technical Delegate, or Course Designer has been hired. Please submit this form within 10 days of the competition.
